Hoseheadlife.com is a wordpress blog that is written, designed, coded, etc by myself (Jakob Barnard) in my spare time.  My personal blog OlorinPC.com has existed in one form or another for a decade, but I wanted to start a whole new site for this topic.

In part I hope this is a chronicle of my journey through my treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.  The rest, perhaps some will find it interesting or informative, and maybe even helpful.

I have discovered (and become an avid user of) the ApneaSupport.org forums.  There is a lot of helpful information on that site.  I posted the results of my sleep study on that site to help get a better understanding of what it was telling me.
